At Posto, we work with the best — vegetables and fruit from farmers and gardeners we know and trust, people who share our philosophy: honest work, clean ingredients, respect for nature. Their harvests become our preserves.
What grows in our own garden — tomatoes, lovage — we seal in oils, sauces, and aromatic condiments. Our goose lard is made with fresh herbs from our beds. We don’t use any pre-made bases. Every jar is made here, by hand, in small batches, without preservatives or artificial colouring. Real pickles, jams, ferments, juices without additives — clean ingredients and good work.
